TRUST AND UNDERSTANDING they always go hand in hand. Most needed qualities to be developed by everyone. In fact for any relationship, business What not the world runs on these two factors. 

Let me make it in my words. When you trust some one you don't have to understand and when understanding trust automatically joins it.

Every business runs on trust. Every bank runs on it. Every government runs on it. Every relationship runs on it. Anything built on TRUST will always have long life. Building up trust and trying to understand are both equally important and the most toughest things in the world. Once built they are harder than concrete tougher than iron to break. But once broken sensitive than glass. The reason I used glass is when broken knowingly or unknowingly it hurts for sure irrespective of your class, status, religion. When you understand a person you don't have to ask. When you trust a person you don't have to question.

According to my opinion there will an interruption between two only when the third person enters. Let us not give the chance to that someone. I don't know but I have to tell you this thing. A child trusts his/her parents unknowingly. And I always think of this I don't how ? However our parents treat us like criticizing in front of others for our mistakes etc., I don't know we go back to them. How do we know their intentions are not to make us feel bad but bring up the best from us. 

There is another thing I don't understand is specially in arranged marriages we girls just meet once and builds trust on the person prepare ourselves to leave all our family who have been with us for the past
20-25 years. Is it the trust on our parents who will never can't even imagine of hurting us or the trust on the person with whom we are going to spend rest of our life. 

Such a big thing we do and people say you are not doing anything special this is what everyone does and it has to go on. For those who are with opinion I have a question from all the women "am I doing it for you or your so called everyone is doing it for you ?". We don't need appreciation but we can bear criticism. Just respect our decision of trusting you walking with you for the rest of our life.

Every relationship is important in our life have priorities have equalities. Do not hurt others with our words. And always remember nooru manchidaithe ooru manchidavuthundi.

Most familiar and used by politicians, social workers, NGO’s, celebrities. let me define in my words: Empowering women means making them self reliant, independent to take their decisions, work for their own cause and comfort. Not coming under any pressure to pursue work. In todays world every one speak many things about charity, social service, education to every one, free food to under privileged. This is all in front of camera. we are not acting on causes and situations we are just speaking and leaving it. This should not be the case we have to act on it. So, before starting my next article would love THANK YOU ALL from the bottom of my heart. ACCEPTANCE  the important quality which we are all missing and lacking. This is the major quality we all are supposed to build up. When you look at a person just stop judging him/her immediately. Looks doesn’t always say who you are ?
